This site is published by Cardinal Field Press LLC. The site collects no analytics, runs no advertising trackers, and operates no cookie identifiers. The privacy posture is intentional.
What this site collects
Server logs at the hosting provider (Vercel) record the IP address, user agent, requested URL, response code, and request size for every page served. These logs are operational and are retained for the period required by the hosting provider's standard retention policy. The publication does not enrich, analyse, profile, or share these logs.
What this site does not collect
- No analytics — no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Fathom, no Adobe Analytics, no self-hosted analytics tool. No client-side event tracking.
- No advertising trackers, conversion pixels, or remarketing tags.
- No cookies set by this site. (The hosting provider may set technical cookies for routing; the publication does not control those.)
- No email-marketing pixel-tracking.
- No fingerprinting or device-identification scripts.
Email correspondence
When you write to the desk at editorial@luxurytravelstandard.com, tips@luxurytravelstandard.com, or corrections@luxurytravelstandard.com, the publisher receives your message via standard email infrastructure. The publisher retains correspondence for operational and editorial purposes and does not share it with third parties.
Source confidentiality
Sources writing to tips@luxurytravelstandard.com who require additional confidentiality should request PGP and use a non-attributable email account. The publisher treats source confidentiality as a hard editorial commitment.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. The publisher does not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be noted in the corrections log. The current version of this policy is v2026.1, adopted 2026-01-09.
